Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, Lively Snacks ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not currently available.

 


 

Heat Sensitivity Notice

Lively Collagen Candy may soften if exposed to heat during transit.

This does not affect product quality or safety. We recommend bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package, please:

 

  1. Check nearby areas or with neighbors

  2. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout

  3. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early

Order Changes

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately at support@livelysnacks.com.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lively Snacks is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the product

We will assist you with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 


Returns

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible products.
