Lively Snacks began with a simple belief: you shouldn’t have to choose between great taste and real nutrition. For our founder, Cana “Jana” Oztekin, intentional eating has always mattered — but never at the cost of the foods she loves.

Constant travel for work meant relying on quick, grab-and-go snacks. But while snacks were everywhere, protein was not. The options she found were chalky, artificial or simply didn’t taste good. And the so-called “healthy candies” either offered no real nutritional value or upset her stomach.

Nothing satisfied both her cravings and her needs.

So she decided to create something that could.
